There will be an all-round promotion of CWST Expo/Exhibitor promotion through show pamphlets, the hard copy of which will be sent to the database of 7000 industry professionals at an interval of every 2.5 months.

Newsletter / E-Newsletter



There will be circulation of newsletters at an interval of every 3 months, which will include the industry trends, latest news, personal interviews and exhibitor's product/company profile.

Along with that there will be email campaigning through separate enewsletters which will be sent to a database of 15,000 industry professionals at regular intervals starting from Dec 2017 to Oct 2018.

Trade Magazine



CWST Expo will be tying up with leading publications and online portals catering to the end users. The event gets mileage and promotion every month in variety of trade magazines.

To reach target audience, advertisement informing about CWST Expo will be featured in more than 8 trade magazines, journals and publications.

Email Campaign/ SMS Campaign



There will be email/SMS campaign which will take place on fortnight basis (15th and 30th of every month) wherein we will be sending the personalized e-mailers (Along with the Exhibitor Logo, Stall Number and website) to the prospect list of buyers to maximize the return on investment for the exhibitor's. These e-mailers give information about products at display as well as profiles and contact information of exhibiting companies as mentioned above.

Social Media Postings/ Show website Postings



For the latest trends and updates about the show, we will keep posting on social networking websites like linkedin, twitter and under the "Newsroom" section of the show website which is www.cwstexpo.com. Also, the exhibiting companies will get a chance to post their latest product pictures and their profile under the newsroom section which will help them to gain the attention of the prospect buyers.

Tele-Calling



Our team of dedicated tele-marketers will be calling to our database (33,000 approx.), which includes exhibitors and visitors, to provide them the sufficient information of the show to gain the maximum presence of the buyers as well as sellers during the show.
